Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai tanggal 30 April 1990 sampai dengan 27 Juli 1990 di Laboratorium Helminthologi dan laboratorium Patologi Fakultas kedokteran Hewan Universitas Airlangga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui jumlah TPG (Telur Per Gram) tinja dan kerusakan pada usus halus yang diakibatkan oleh cacing dewasa Ancylostoma pada kucing. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 27 tinja dan 27 usus halus dari kucing penderita Ancylostomiasis. Data hasil penelitian diuji dengan koefisien korelasi rank dan anava regresi. Hasil pengolahan statistik r = 0:,9573 (P( 0,01), dan persarnaan garis regresi Y = 24,85 + 0,002 X, garis ini rne• nunjukkan suatu garis lurus.
