Abstract
Ada dua tipe polifarmasi yaitu Minor polifarmasi bila obat yang digunakan bersamaan 2-4 obat. Mayor Polifarmasi bila obat yang digunakan 5 atau lebih. Ada definisi baru untuk istilah non-polypharmacy atau oligopharmacy bila 5 atau kurang dari 5, dan hyperpolypharmacy atau excessive multimedication bila digunakan 10 atau lebih obat (O'Dwyer, 2016)
