Abstract

Background : request of dental photo relates with dental examination. One of request dental photo is dental photo periapical projection. Process of dental photo periapical projection making needs a tool to prooped dental film. Purpose : to make a new innovation fixation of tool that will be used for dental photo making, in order tomake patient felt confortable, radiographer make dental photo easily and image is good. Subject And Method : This research uses descriptive method and 32 patient 16 use fixation 16 non use fixation. Result : There Are 32 patient. In confortable side, 14 patien 87,5% told that they felt confortable when they used fixation tool of dental photo. But 2 when they used their finger than fixation tool patient uncomfortable. Where 7 patient 43,75% felt confortable when the used their finger than fixation tool and 9 other 56,25% felt uncomfortable. There are 8 radigrafer. That we asked for easly 6 people 75% they said make fixation dental tool very easy but, 2 other people 25 % don’t they said make a dental fixation is not easy. Conclusion : The making of this fixation tool is easy because it made of easy materials using fixation tool is easy patient finger because when radiographer used patient’s finger, it took long time for process making dental photo this fixation tool of dental photo had high value of pencentage comfortable.
