Abstract
The aim of the research was to description of the total and differential leukocytes count (Differential Counting) Kintamani Bali dog in East Java. Total of sixteen samples was examined, it’s consists of 8 males and 8 females which from the Kennel Von Brazia Waru Sidoarjo and the Kennel Von Balinese Prigen Pasuruan is used for this research. Total leukocytes count conducted in laboratory of Klinik Sehat Waru Sidoarjo and for differential leukocytes count (differential counting) conducted in laboratory of clinical pathology, Universitas Airlangga. The research was conducted in October – December 2016. Results of this research using index haematologic results from dogs in general as a comparison. The amount total leukocytes count of Kintamani Bali male and female dogs in Waru Sidoarjo is 11.550 ± 2.185; 9.700 ± 989 (x103/mm3), in Prigen Pasuruan is 14.225 ± 2.033; 13.700 ± 2.614 (x103/mm3), Netrophil amount of Kintamani Bali male and female dogs in Waru Sidoarjo is 6.079 ± 953; 5.152 ± 626 (x103/mm3), in Prigen Pasuruan is 9.077 ± 2.118; 6.819 ± 1.304 (x103/mm3), Eosinophil amount of Kintamani Bali male and female dogs in Waru Sidoarjo is 1.426 ± 572; 905 ± 215 (x103/mm3), in prigen is 1.803 ± 625; 2.607 ± 1.689 (x103/mm3), Basophil amount of Kintamani Bali male and female dogs in Waru Sidoarjo is 201 ± 235; 133 ± 267 (x103/mm3), in Prigen is 130 ± 260; 72 ± 84 (x103/mm3), Lymphocyte amount of Kintamani Bali male and female dogs in Waru Sidoarjo is 2.580 ± 931; 2.309 ± 944 (x103/mm3), in Prigen Pasuruan is 2.527 ± 1.644; 2.123 ± 1.442 (x103/mm3), Monocyte amount of Kintamani Bali male and female dogs in Waru Sidoarjo is 1.207 ± 1.831; 1.479 ± 789 (x103/mm3), in Prigen Pasuruan is 856 ± 622; 2.232 ± 1.026 (x103/mm3). The conclusion is total leukocytes count of Kintamani Bali dog in East Java is normal range and differential leukocytes count (Differential Counting) for netrophil and lymphocyte is in normal range, basophil and monocyte is below the normal range and eosinophil is above the normal range.
