Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the level of stability of the retention time of Clenbuterol in storage period for eight and 13 hours using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The research method used a completely randomized design by using two treatments and eight repetitions. The two repetitions consist into 8 hours and 13 hours. The obtained data then were analyzed by Fisher’s Exact Test. The result showed a significant difference between 8 hours treatment (P1) and 13 hours treatment (P2). Based on those result, it could be concluded that the storage time of Clenbuterol in Eluen Phase Mobile is too long would affecting the active ingredient of the drug is unstable.
