Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh price fairness dan service quality terhadap customer loyalty baik secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, data didapatkan dari kuesioner yang melibatkan 200 responden. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa price fairness dan service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, price fairness berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, price fairness berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction, service qualty tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty, service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan dimediasi customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty.
