Abstract

The law is present in the midst of society must be able to solve existing problems. Both public and private law must be able to accommodate all those problems. Bankruptcy law is one of the legal tools that seeks to provide justice and legal certainty to a civil matter Bankruptcy requirements set forth in legislation should be dynamic and accept inputs from the legal system of other countries whose purpose is to provide legal satisfaction to the public. justice is certainly difficult to implement but with complete regulations and accommodate all needs then justice is not a necessity
