Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan di Administrasi dan Kinerja Human Capital pada PT PJB Services, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT PJB Sevices dalam pegelolaan arsip menggunakan sistem abjad yang disimpan ke dalam ruangan khusus yang terdapat lemari bersusun lima dengan ordner seluruh pegawai yang diberi label NIK (Nomor Induk Karyawa), nama pegawai, dan status kerja yang terdapat lima guide yaitu guide Surat Keputusan; guide Data Pribadi dan Keluarga; guide Kursus dan Diklat; guide Rekruitmen; dan guide Penghargaan
