Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak mediasi psychological capital dan job relevant information pada pengaruh budget participation terhadap job performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada organisasi perangkat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sebagai responden adalah pegawai negeri sipil yang menduduki jabatan struktural eselon II dan III. Jumlah sampel yang dapat digunakan dan dianalisis sebanyak 112 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SEM PLS dengan software WarpPLS 5.0, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) psychological capital memediasi secara penuh pengaruh budget participation terhadap job performance; 2) job relevant information memediasi secara penuh pengaruh budget participation terhadap job performance.
