Abstract

The aimed of this research was to determine the antibiotic Cyprofloxacin and Enrofloxacin sensitivity to Mycoplasma gallisepticum. The method in this reseacrh used dilution method, there were Minimum Inhibitiry Concentration (MIC) to observe the potency inhibition of bacterial and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) to observe the potency to kill bacteria. This research used 6 treatments with 4 replication. Concentration used in Cyprofloxacin was 1μg, 5 μg and 10 μg. Concentration used in Enrofloxacin was 0,1 μg, 0,5 μg and 1 μg. This research showed that the minimum dose Cyprofloxacin most effective to kiling bacteria Mycoplasma gallisepticum at a concentration 10 μg, while giving Enrofloxacin at doses of 1 μg have been able to kill Mycoplasma gallisepticum. This resarch showed that there is significant difference between the giving of Cyprofloxacin and Enrofloxacin. Adduction cyprofloxacin had killed potencial againts Mycoplasma gallisepticum though requires a higher dose compare to Enrofloxacin.
