Abstract

The conclusions of this study are factors that play a major role in the occurrence of work stress are the level of education, workload, work climate, self competence, and relationships in work because they have a moderate relationship with work stress. Other factors such as age, years of service, personality type, and marital status have less role in the occurrence of work stress because they have a very weak and weak relationship with work stress. Workers tend to experience increased absenteeism as the level of work stress increases. Companies should conduct activities such as routine gymnastics and counseling, providing blowers and refreshing materials for workers.
