Abstract
The aim of this research was to know the correlation between scrotal circumference with semen quality of Madura Bull candidates. Ten Madura bulls with age four years from Madura were measured. Variables observed were scrotal circumference, semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm motility, sperm viability and sperm abnormality. Data were analyzed by correlation and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed the correlation between scrotal circumference with semen volume r = 0.507, sperm concentration r = 0.29, sperm abnormality r = .0.112, sperm viability r = 0.109, and sperm motility r = 0.095, so there was moderate correlation beetwen scrotal circumference with semen volume, and weak correlation beetwen scrotal circumference with sperm concentration, sperm motility, sperm viability and sperm abnormality of Madura Bulls.
