Abstract
Information in the digital era is currently experiencing rapid development. Many people today want online information media that is fast, practical and accessible anywhere and anytime. One of the information media that connects with the information user community is an online directory. Besides that, the world of education is very keen to share its information to be able to be known to the wider community such as universities. Colleges in China have a very good ranking from other countries in Asia. The Chinese government continues to improve not only to get a good rating, but also they want to have world-class universities. Nowadays there are many Indonesians who want to continue their studies in China and there are also many Indonesians who have managed to enter and study at universities in China. The author will make a Final Project product in the form of an Online Directory with the theme Directory of Colleges in Three Major Cities of China. Choose the theme of universities in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai. The three cities were chosen with consideration of the largest cities according to the area and population. Providing information related to universities in three major cities of China, namely Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai, especially regarding official website addresses, college locations, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, university profiles, departments or faculties. This online directory of universities in the three major cities of China has also been presented based on several categories by City and by Type, namely public and private. The existence of this online directory is intended to help people get lists, information, can repackage information and share information about various types of universities in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai easily, they can find out if there is ease of access through information technology and they want to access it with online media.
