Abstract

Easiness principle and justice level of a system influence the satisfaction of user. With the above statement, there is a need to give more attention to easiness perception and justice level that has relation with taxation. From both statements above, things that oriented to the satisfaction of Tax Obligator are important things to do. In this research, there is a need to find out whether there is significant influence to PPh 23 administration easiness perception and justice level to PPh 23 tariff or not.
