Abstract
Monument Tugu Pahkawan and Museum 10 November was built to memorize the struggle of Arek-arek Suroboyo (Young Heroes od Surabaya).Monument Tugu Pahlawan and Museum 10 November as a public facility always gives service to the public in a good way and also has a historical value. Monument Tugu Pahlawan and Museum 10 November has a lot of interesting collection that can attract the visitors, because the visitors can know the history of Surabaya and also the war in 10 November 1945.
