Abstract
Tugu Pahlawan and Sepuluh Novembr Museum is a place which has a historical value in Surabaya. Tugu Pahlawan and Sepuluh November Museum has the responbilities to collect, maintain, serve, and make some research about the collection. This place has had great number of visitors since Tugu Pahlawan and Sepuluh November Museum became the icon of Surabaya city. After finishing her internship, the writer got some experiences which she never had before. Those experiences are important for the writer because the writer could apply what she got in college into her internship.
