Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the influence of variables of attitude, knowledge. skill, physiology :teed, safety need, social need, appreciation need and self-actualization need and to know the variable that extreme significant influential to officer of echelon IV performance in Barito Kuala Regency Government of South Kalimantan.
