Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the use of fermentation recycle soybean fermented cake (p) as corn substitution for feed consumption, egg production and feed converstion ratio of layer duck. This study use the sample of 25 layer duck and they were treated by fermentation recycle soybean fermented cake (e). The samples was classified into five groups five replications. This research Completely Use Randomized Design method. Five different food mixtures are, Po as control (did not use recycle soybean fermented cake), Pl used recycle soybean cake 15%, P2 used recycle soybean fermented cake 15%. P3 used recycle soybean cake 30%. j. used recycle soybean fermented cake 30%. The experiment was held on one month. The result of the research showed that the use of fennentation recycle soybean cake 15% and 30% as corn substitution to consumption feed and egg production of layer duck was significantly different with control, and feed convertion ratio of layer duck was not significantly different with control. The conclution of this research was recycle soybean fermented cake should be use as substitution of corn on maximal percentage that mixed with layer duck feed.
