Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi budaya perusahaan oleh para penyiar radio EBS FM Surabaya yang ditunjukkan melalui elemen budaya perusahaan di level 1 yakni artefak dan perilaku (artifacts and behavior) serta di level 2 yakni nilai-nilai (values).
