Abstract

Gagal ginjal merupakan keadaan klinis dimana adanya penurunan kinerja dari fungsi ginjal hingga tidak mampu untuk bekerja. Terapi pengganti fungsi ginjal ialah dilakukannya hemodialisa. Terapi hemodialisis diperlukan bagi pasien gagal ginjal untuk membantu proses kerja ginjal dalam mengeluarkan sisa-sisa metabolisme atau racun tertentu dari peredaran darah. Dampak dari proses hemodialisa adalah hipoglikemia yakni berkurangnya glukosa dalam darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara glukosa darah acak sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisa pada penderita gagal ginjal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental. Empat puluh dua sampel diambil dari pasien terdiagnosis gagal ginjal yang melakukan pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisa. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 16.0. Dari uji statistik diperoleh rata-rata kadar glukosa darah acak sebelum hemodialisa 133,64 dan rata-rata sesudah hemodialisa 98,24. Hasil pengujian kenormalan data diketahui bahwa data terdistribusi normal, sehingga uji beda yang digunakan adalah Paired Samples T Test dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,000 dan nilai probabilitas < 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar glukosa darah acak sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisa pada penderita gagal ginjal. --------------------------------------------------------- Kidney failure is a clinical condition in which there is a decrease in the performance of renal function until it is unable to work. Renal function replacement therapy is done by the hemodialysis. Hemodialysis is necessary for patients with kidney failure to assist kidneys in removing the remnants of metabolism or toxicity from circulatory. The impact of the hemodialysis process is hypoglycemia reduced glucose in the blood. This study aims to determine the difference between random blood glucose before and after hemodialysis in patients with renal failure. This type of research is an experimental study. Forty-two samples were taken from patients diagnosed with renal failure who performed blood glucose before and after hemodialysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 program. From the statistical test obtained mean random blood glucose level before hemodialysis 133,64 and mean after hemodialysis 98,24. Normalized test results of the data are known that the data is normally distributed, so the different test used is Paired Samples T Test with a sig (2-tailed) 0,000 value and probability value <0.05 so it can be stated that there is a significant difference between random blood glucose levels before and after hemodialysis in patients with renal failure.
