Abstract

The results showed that workers with good knowledge (95%); fair awareness (100%); the safety needs were not well fulfilled (100%); have the motivation to behave safely (95%); stated there are a running OSH regulations within the company (95%); never had positive reinforcement (100%); ever been punishment (95%); they have behaved safely in a fairly decent category.
