Abstract

The conclusion of this research is the relationship between noise exposure and job stress on production unit workers in Lapindo Brantas Inc. Therefore, the advice that can be given to workers is to use APT while working to reduce noise exposure, managing stress well has a healthy and proper lifestyle by exercising, relaxation, simply resting and eating food with balanced nutrition, and doing counseling and consultation. For companies need to make efforts, including socializing and monitoring the use of APT, conducting socialization related to stress management, providing assistance related to prevention and control of job stress and rearranging excessive working hours to prevent job stress.
