Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan kerusakan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan tidak dapat pulih kembali, dimana tubuh tidak mampu memelihara metabolisme dan keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit sehingga berakibat peningkatan ureum (azotemia). Salah satu terapi pengganti fungsi ginjal adalah hemodialisis. Permasalahan dan komplikasi yang sering terjadi pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis adalah penumpukan zat-zat yang tak lagi dibutuhkan tubuh dalam darah dan kehilangan banyak darah sehingga nantinya akan menyebabkan defisiensi besi (anemia). Kadar kreatinin dan darah lengkap perlu dimonitor dan pemeriksaan parameter ini dilakukan setiap kali akan dan sesudah menjalani hemodialisis. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kadar hemoglobin dan kadar kreatinin sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisis pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik yaitu metode yang menganalisis data sekunder yang sudah ada. Lima puluh sampel diambil dari pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic dan didapatkan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum hemodialisis lebih rendah 0,2760 g/dL dari kadar hemoglobin sesudah hemodialisis, dan rata-rata kadar kreatinin sebelum hemodialisis lebih tinggi 4,4196 mg/dL dari kadar kreatinin sesudah hemodialisis. Dan didapatkan hasil uji T-Test dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,259 untuk hemoglobin dan 0,000 untuk kreatinin. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisis, sebaliknya untuk kadar kreatinin terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar kreatinin sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisis. --------------------------------------------------------- Chronic renal failure is a progressive and irreversible renal dysfunction, which the body can not maintain metabolism and balance the fluid and electrolyte so that cause increased urea (azotemia). One of the renal function substitutes therapy is hemodialysis. The problems and complications that often occur in chronic renal failure patient who hemodialysis are accumulation of substances that are no needed by the body and lose a lot of blood so that can cause the iron deficiency. Creatinine and total blood level need to monitored and this parameters are examined everytime before and after hemodialysis. This study aims to to know the ratio of the hemoglobin and creatinine level before and after hemodialysis in chronic renal failure patient. This study use obsevational analytic method that analyze data secondary existing. Fifty samples were taken from chronic renal failure patients who hemodialysis. The data were analyzed using software IBM SPSS Statistic and got the average of hemoglobin level before hemodialysis 0,2760 g/dL lower than after hemodialysis, and the average of the creatinin level before hemodialysis 4,4196 mg/dL higher than after hemodialysis. And the result of T-Test show the significance is 0,259 for hemoglobin and 0,000 for creatinine. It show that there is no significant difference between hemoglobin level before and after hemodialysis, on the contrary for creatininin level there is significant difference between creatinine level before and after hemodialysis.
