Abstract

The aim of this research to know the influence of classical music mozart adagio from divertimento no. 7 against concerning blood glucose of male mice exposed by electric foot shock. This study was using 24 male mice that divided in to six groups. K1 as negative control with no treated, K2 treated by music with 30 minutes, K3 treated by music with 60 minutes, K4 was exposed by electric foot shock with no treat music, K5 was exposed by electric foot shock with 30 minutes treat music and K6 was exposed by electric foot shock with 60 minutes treat music. Each group ricived the exposure and treatments for 14 days. Blood glucose was evaluated by haematology analyzer. The data analyzed using factorial analysis of varian and duncan test. The result show significant difference of stressor against increasing blood glucose level (p<0,05) and show significant difference of classical music mozart adagio from divertimento no. 7 against decreasing blood glucose (p>0,05) but, didn’t significant between 30 minutes and 60 minutes and didn’t interaction between stressor and classical music mozart adagio from divertimento no. 7 against decreasing blood glucose (p>0,05).
