Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan yang dilakukan oleh PT Pertamina (Persero) UPMS V Surabaya dengan ITS menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk dan jasa yang dihasilkan oleh PT Pertamina (Persero) UPMS V. Oleh karena itu kemudian pihak manajemen membuat motto yang berkaitan dengan kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Motto itu sendiri dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengetahuan (pengenalan dan pemahaman) dan sikap karyawan pada motto.
