Abstract
The sample of the study consists of middle and big scale manufacturing companies in East Java. Data collection was done by mailed survey. To test of the in.trumen of study, validity And reliabity analysis are used. Contructs validity was used to test of validity, whereas split-half was used to test of reliability.
