Abstract

Bahwa Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 Tentang Pendaftaran Tanah menurut penulis menimbulkan peluang dalam terbitnya sertipikat ganda, yaitu di dalam Pasal 24 yang mengatur mengenai pembuktian hak, lama dan Pasal 32 yang mengatur mengenai penerbitan sertipikat.
