Abstract

Perkembangan kegiatan ekonomi saat ini telah menghapus sekat-sekat yang membatasi hubungan antar negara-negara dalam melakukan kegiatan perekonomiannya. Pasar modal merupakan salah satu cara pemenuhan kebutuhan modal bagi perusahaan melalui penyertaan dan penyerapan dana dari masyarakat. Salah satu wujud perkembangan kegiatan pasar modal adalah scripless trading.
