Abstract

The Act No.3 I 1992 Concerned with Social Insurance of the Woker stipulates that "Company is absolutely obliged to follow Social Insurance Program of Woker ( Jamsostek ) as provided by the government". It is mainly designed to provide reasonable protection to the workers when the)' at any time experience work accident. In connected with law enforcement in area of social insurance of the worker, it is necessary for the government In make labor force under its control. The control of manpower in accordance with the Act No.. 2311948 regarding the Control of Labor Force include following : a. it controls applicability of laws and regulations concerned with labor force; b. it gathers necessaty information on relationship between worker and labor force condition ( matters concerning worker ) in broad senses in view of passing laws and regulation of labor force; and c. it parforms other tasks which are delegated to it in the light of laws and other regulations. Law enforcement in the labor social security cannot be sparated from criminal law, administrative low and private law aspect. This concerns sanctions for violation.
