Abstract
Hak atas tanah yang belum terrdaftar dapat dibebani hak tanggungan kredit, yang pembebanannya dilakukan bersama-sama dengan pendaftaran hak atas tanah untuk memperoleh sertifikat hak tanggungan. Pembebanan hak atas tanah byang belum terdaftar dibatasi untuk waktu tidak lebih dari 3 (tiga) bulan.
