Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know correlation between Servant Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior on lecturer. The research was implemented in 109 lecturers. Data was collected using two questioners. The first, Servant Leadership scale consist of 38 items. The second, Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale consist of 22 items. This research did measurement tools reliability test by using Alpha Cronbach with helping by SPPS version 16.0 for windows. According to data analysis result, obtained reliability coefficient scale Servant Leadership variable by 0,955 while for Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable obtained the reliability coefficient by 0,825. Data was analyzed using Product Moment correlation from Pearson with helping by SPPS version 16.0 for windows. The result of this study show correlation between Servant Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 0,368 with p value is 0,000. That numbers indicated that there was significant positive correlation between Servant Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior on lecturer servant leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, higher education of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya
