Abstract

The study aimed to determine the correlation between age toward spleen weight and white pulp diameters of Mojosari Duck (Anas platyrhincos).Linear Regression test of age, weight, and white pulp diameter was done to determine the growth pattern of spleen. The experimental animals used in this study were 28 male Mojosari ducks within the age of one months, two months, three months, four months, five months, six months, and seven months. The ducks in this study were observed to collect the datas of age, body weight, and white pulp diameter of spleen. As the age increases, the weight of spleen will increase, followed by the increase in the white pulp diameters of spleen that caused by several factors. Conclusion of this study is that age increase resulted in increased weight and white pulp diameters of spleen.
