Telah dilakukan isolasi kandungan daun Agave sisalana perrine yang diperoleh dari daerah Klotok di Kediri. Sebelum diisolasi daun dikeringkan dan diserbuk serta diayak dengan ayakan B30 serbuk dididihkan dengan menggunakan pendingin balik dalam etanol 95%
