Abstract

Background: Restoration of teeth becomes more complex when the involved teeth have previously under gone trauma, fractures, endodontic access preparation, canal instrumentation and other idiopathic causes. Excessiveloss of dental hard tissues creates difficulties for the esthetic outcome of sub sequent prosthetic restorations. Insuchinstances, an interdisciplinary approach is necessary to evaluate, diagnose and resolvees the tic problems using a combination of endodontic, and prosthetic treatments. Purpose : To improve the protrusive of four anterior teeth. Case : A 39 years male patient was reffered to Conservative Dentistry Clinic Airlangga University, who his chief complain were maxillary leftsentral incisor tooth broken down afterroot canal treatment and right sentral incisor with protrusive. Case management: There were several treatment in these case: endodontic treatment,bleaching eksternal, custom post , fiber post and Porcelain Crown,refer to prosthodontic for further treatment. Conclusion: Succesfull treatment of protrusive anterior teeth in conservative dentistry depend on integrated assessment between interdisciplinary approach.
