Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect of Morindracitrifolia infusion on reticulerfiber in the liver of mice that was gived high fat diet.This study used twenty-five of mice that were divided into five groups. The first control group (PO-) was the group of mice gived normal diet. The second control group (P0+) was the group with high fat diet without Morindracitrifolia infusion. The experimental groups (P1, P2 and P3) were the groups with high fat diet and Morindracitrifolia infusion in different concentration (20%, 40% and 60%). Each group was observed in thirty days and then the liver was removed and processed in paraffin method with silver impregnation staining. The result of this study showed that Morindracitrifolia infusion influenced the density of reticulerfiber in the liver of mice. Keywords :Morindracitrifolia infusion, reticulerfiber of the liver
