Abstract

Waste livestock from The Slaughterhouse Krian was often referred with organic garbage. In metropohs The Slaughterhouse could produce waste livestock haven't exploited maximally yet.This research target to know the improvement of rate nitrogen result and the change of temperature during fermentation process.This methods research was three phase : 1. Inoculation microorganism, 2. Diversifi microorganism and Inoculation Manner Bacterium, 3. Aplication.The data was analysis with repeated measures (SPSS vers 10.0)The result of this research showed that the rate nitrogen and the change of temperature can increase during fermentation process.
