Abstract

The aims of experiments are to finds how ipome sp fermentation could increase crude protein and dry matter contents. Furthermore. is the ipome sp fermentation could be use as feed stuff alternative.The experiment used ipome sp and probiotic that contains saccharomyces microbe with 5 (five) treatments (0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) ,The result shown. ipome sp and probiotic that contains sacclwromyces microbe could increase crude protein and dry matter. For crude protein. could seen on high average value at group 15% and the lower level value at control group. For dry matter. the high average value at group 20% and the lower value at control group. The conclusion, ipome sp fermentation could use as feed stuff alternative.
