Abstract
Aphrodisiac is described as any substance that enhance sexual pleasure. empirically, merica hitam and kemukus have been used to enhance sexual experience. This study tested the aphrodisiac activity of extract ethanolic 96% of merica hitam and kemukus in male mice based on introducing behavior. The result was analysed by ANOVA one way then continued with Post Hoc Test method ducan test. The conclusion was extract (96% ethanolic) of merica hitam and extract (96% ethanolic) of kemukus were significantly increase introducing behaviour of male mice were compared with control (Cmc-na 0,05%).
