Abstract

The observation is carried out Bondowoso district area, East Jawa Province, from June to July 2001. The observation purpose is to arrange the development healthy service in taking care of Public Health Center in Bondowoso district, it is based on perceptions and require consumer, perceptions of stake holder, the supply resources of Public Health Center, and also establishment by district healthy service and district public hospital. The observation methodology is survey descriptive study. It is done with crossectional technic of collecting data use questioners, check list, and use multistage random sampling with e (three) samples of Public Health Center that replace every Public Health Center strata in taking care of. Technic of collecting sample for consumer population in taking care of use the systematic random sampling, the total of samples are 140 people. The stake holder sample replace of collecting capability in district level and Public Health Center level with total samples 14 people. The observation result is strategy recommendation of establishment health service in taking care of Public Health Center in Bondowoso district. These are : Public Health Center Strata I, to add kind of health service in taking care of Public Health Center, and to increase the establishment in taking care of Public Health Center by the district health service; Public Health Center Strata II, to increase marketing health service in taking care of Public Health Center, to renovate management health service of poor society, and to activate JPKM program; Public Health Center Strata III, to propose the suitability of regulation area, to complete the facility in taking care of in Public Health Center, and to increase human resources management in taking care of Public Health Center. The strategy every strata in Public Health Center as the priority strategy to Public Health Center, it is depend on its strata level.
