Abstract

This thesis titled “Perlindungan Hukum Anggota Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara Yang Meninggal Dunia Dalam Menjalankan Tugasnya”. In this thesis, the author used normative juridical research methods with Statute Approach and Conceptual Approach. The first problem statement is the party which is responsible for KPPS members who carry out their duties and the second is legal remedies for families or heirs of KPPS members who died in carrying out their duties. Trough the legal research towards those problem statements can be concluded that from the first problem statement is, KPU was first accounted for on the death of the KPPS members in carrying out their duties. While in the formulation of the second problem, legal protection can be carried out by families or heirs of KPPS members who have died through deliberations and lawsuits through PTUN on the basis of a lawsuit article 1365 BW.
