Abstract
Kabatiella caulivora var. A is one of the endophytic fungi isolated from Alyxia reinwardtii Bl. The objective of this study was to assay antimicrobial activity fracti ons of extract Kabatiella caulivora var. A against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 . Antimicrobial activity was determined using disk diffusion method. A total of thirteen fractions from seventeen fractions showed antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, and Candida albicans ATCC 10231. Among all the fractions, the 14 th fraction, 8 th fraction, 14 th fraction exhibit the highest inhibition zone against Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, and Candida albicans ATCC 10231, respectively.
