Abstract

Indonesian women images exposed in every mass media. Internet as a new media also exposed women not only their bodies but also giving women information and endorsement to women. Concerning with the matter, it requires a project evalution find but how website shown ndonesian women image. And how women website exposed women issues in their news. This research aim is to make description about news themes in women website using content analysis. Research is necessary needed because to make identification, representation, analysis and exploration, and to analyze the meaning in news in www.koalisiperempuan.co.id and www.kalyanamitra.co.id website. By knowing how Indonesian women pictures in internet website, so how women issues shown in vomen website will be reveal. www.koalisiperempuan.co.id website in May up to August 2007 exposed 8 lews about Indonesian Women. News with the same themes, exposed sub themes about goovernance and politic 50% with sub theme politic 50%, parliament 16,67%, and goovernment policy 33,33%. Society welfare 37,5% with sub theme training 50%, politic raining 25% and about donation 25%. Law theme 12,5%. www.kalyanamitra.co.id exposed 6 news. Governance and politic news theme dominate the news with 50% and slave sub theme politic 40%, government policy 40% and parliament 20%. News about society moral 33,33% and economic news themes 16,7%. www.koalisiperempuan.co.id and www.kalyanamitra.co.id are a women website because they are campaign things that related with women issues and have a function giving information and endorsement to women. Indonesian women image lictures in women website news as women image as worker and women as decision making/opinion leader .. Women as worker can be divided became women as mother and women as a worker that work in public sector as labor, tkw and as politician. In one side If the news, women have become a person who walks out from their traditional roles and tereotype, but in other news women still as a victim, weak and depend to man. Both of women news shown in www.koalisiperempuan.co.id and www.kalyanamitra.co.id news asking side in women by their news, but still shown patriarchi dominant.
