Abstract

The Government had been published Presidential Regulation 16 of 2018 regarding procurement of goods/services government for aims to Ministry/Institution/Units of Government to do procurement of goods/services for supporting their duty and authority in the Government. Besides, to create prosperity for society is the main factor. The Organization of procurement for goods/services have various subject related to that procurement is. Directly, according to the Presidential Regulation 16 of 2018 PPTK doesn’t include to be subject for procurement of goods/services. However, The Government had published Government regulation 12 of 2019 about regional management of finances had given a new assignment for PPTK to do procurement based on the regulation of procurement for goods/services, which is according Presidential Regulation 16 of 2018 regarding procurement of government goods/services did not regulate about legal standing of PPTK to do procurement. There are had given space of law for PPTK to do procurement of goods/services and responsibilities about consecuences in the deviations procurement of goods/services. Moreover, the deviations of procurement of goods/services has been done to purpose corruption
