Abstract

extract. The doses of the extract was used is 100 mg/kgBW (P1), 200 mg/kgBW (P2), and 400 mg/kgBW (P3). Each treatment is given perorally to rats with doses 1ml/rat/day along 14 days. Each treatment used in this study was completely random design (CRD). The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) continued with honestly significant difference test (p=0,05). The result showed there is significant effect from the therapy. The treatment of P3 showed the best result in this experiments.
