Abstract
News structure analysis examines the structure of the news report which including the analysis of macrostructure, superstructure, and microstructures (Dijk, 1988b). This study reveals the portrayal of a female secretary of BPJS in online newspaper article of The Jakarta Post as the data source. This study applied purposive sampling to collect the data which covered a female secretary‘s case of sexual harassment and intimidation in her workplace. The result of the study denotes the structure of the online newspaper article presented a female secretary as the victim of the case she herself reported. Thus, in this case, the online newspaper article tends to stand on the female‘s voice as it portrayed her as the victim and as a tough female who never easily gives up. Regarding her case, several communities showed up to persuade people to have more awareness so this case will never occur again.
