Abstract
Observation used grups are implant sample Glutaraldehid-BHAGelatin, control negative do 56 days (2nd, 7th, 14th, 28th, 56th) with 3 replications each time in each group. The value of each group below the serum creatinine control value is 1.40 mg / dL and the mean value of each group was higher than the BUN control serum value of 41 mg / dL, this can occur because of the presence of high protein foods, dehydration, inflammation and stress factors. The scoring results were then analyzed by statistical tests. Histological analysis of four groups of renal corterks was performed by twoway Anova test with p value obtained was 0.567 or p> 0.05 obtained thus describing groups that manage not giving support to the kidneys. Undeniably, the use of 0.5% glurataraldehyde is not toxic and is still permitted.
