Abstract

The existence of contracts or agreements shall not be contrary to Indonesia's laws, because if contrary to the contract legislation or such agreements may be null and void. Related to the problematics between mineral and coal mining activities relating to a treaty, this thesis study will use case studies against one of the company in the field of coal mining that conducts activities Business in East Kalimantan.
