Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh board interlocking terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan kepemilikan asing sebagai variabel moderasi. Jumlah observasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 239 observasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2016 – 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan teknik pengujian regresi linear berganda. Kinerja perusahaan diproksikan dengan ROA dan ROE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, board interlocking berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kepemilikan asing secara signifikan memperkuat pengaruh positif board interlocking terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
