Abstract
During the internship the writer had valuable working experiences in thehospitality service such as, knowing the procedures in giving a good service, getting to know about the knowledge about the airport, learning in handling the passengers, trying to give solution, even getting to know other culture, language, and other accent. Next the writer also improved her communication skill and accent with the foreigners who came to the airport which have different cultures and backgrounds. Thus, by doing her internship, the writer learned new experiences and encouraged herself to be more confident to speak in public. From the previous chapter, the writer can conclude some points. The first point is identifying the most grammar errors the customer service officers made while serving the foreigners. Based on the writer observation, the writer could divide the most common grammar errors into four types regarding the surface taxonomy strategy theory by Dulay (1982) which are omission, addition, misformation, and misordering. Therefore, by observing and identifying the grammar errors, the writer could understand and learned grammar structure better.
