Abstract

As the writer stated in chapter one, the background of this paper is that English was the language majorly used during the internship at Elephant Camp, True Bali Experience as front office staff. The visitors of Elephant Camp were foreign tourists who came from many countries worldwide. Throughout the internship, there were several problems in the communication during the process of giving the writer’s service to the visitors. In order to successfully fulfill the task, the writer needs to develop strategies to overcome the challenges. During the internship and identifying challenges also strategies, the writer was able to gain valuable lessons and knowledge
